By accepting these terms and conditions you are accepting Primeserve Privacy Policy

1. Primeserve clients must sign up to the website in order to undertake document service requests
2. Each service request involves up to 3 address visits
   1. 3rd visit km are charged at current IRD rate
3. First attempted service will be undertaken within 5 working days from receipt of request
4. Work will be invoiced upon completion of the service request, payments are expected within 7 days
5. Additional charges apply:
   1. Respondent is not known at address supplied (tracing services)
   2. KM charged if address is outside 20km of CBD (first 20km not charged)
   3. Where documents are uploaded with service requests printing charges apply at the rate of $10/40 pages or part thereof
6. Differential charging rates apply for the following:
   1. Document Service only
   2. Document Service with signed Acknowledgement of Service returned to client
   3. Document Service with original sworn/affirmed affidavit returned to client

Privacy Policy

1. Primeserve will ensure that information about you and any service request is held securely and will not be disclosed to any third party without your express permission
2. The Privacy Act 2020 gives you the right to see this information and correct it if necessary
3. Such information held by Primeserve will only be used for the purposes of agreed service requests undertaken
4. You agree that Primeserve can collect information about you and the required services. Such information will be held by Primeserve in strict confidence
5. Information collected by Primeserve will be stored in secured cloud storage systems hosted within New Zealand
6. Unless otherwise instructed Primeserve will provide reports via email (please discuss other options for sensitive information)
